ARTFARM

Attracting the right people for the right company

Artfarm is an independent hospitality and development company. It adapts and reinvents unique sites that come with great stories by bringing together art, community, education, people and place.

The highly regarded company Artfarm – owned by Hauser & Wirth - has multiple premium hospitality outlets across the UK and the US. But besides a logo, for a very long time the company lacked in a visual identity. We had the pleasure to introduce this to the world - and even more important - the future employees.

One size fits all

For the first time in the company’s history, ARTFARM received creative attention in form of a newly developed visual identity.

Clean and simple modern typography, an unusual colour palette with greens and a highlight accent blue was developed. After all, the brand has to house multiple entities.

Taking a modular approach to the branding elements allows for a seamless integration of all entities under the same brand.

The newly developed guidelines were applied to brochures, roadshows, recruitment events and e-newsletters to name a few.

One site fits all

The new recruitment website uses these design elements and colour pallets successfully to promote all different outlets equally, highlighting benefits, location and all job offering at each of the entities.

With an almost lifestyle approach, the website tells real life stories of employees sharing their point of view and experiences in different job roles across the multiple locations. It makes it personal and very relatable for future prospects.
